February 2nd, 2010 - Lately I've been doing decent... I'm feeling okay and my Doc's agree that I'm hanging in there.

Since the scare with my heart last summer I've been very careful to keep myself calm and relatively stress-free (that part's been hard) and I've been cautious with heavy exercise and strenuous activities.  Sometimes I feel kinda lightheaded and dizzy and I notice when that happens usually my heart is pounding and beating fast.  So I lay down for a few minutes until I feel better.  I have been seeing a Cardiologist as often as possible (those specialist appointments are expensive without insurance!) to monitor the situation and make sure I'm doing fine.  We have been periodically doing stress tests and CT scans to check everything out and so far my heart has been fairly healthy.  As long as I'm aware of myself and how I'm feeling, I think this issue is under control.

My ovary and other girl stuff... That's where my major problem is.  I have a very large, abnormal cyst on my remaining ovary (the right side) and I still have some abnormal (possibly cancerous) cells on my cervix.  I see my Gynecologist often to get exams and sometimes ultrasound tests to make sure I'm still doing okay, and lately my body as been changing.  For months my ovary has been hangin' in there and not really changing much.  But as of January 22nd, 2010 my ovary has changed again.  The cyst has increased in size to 5.2cm and my right ovary is generally enlarged.  I have been seeing my Oncologist often for this stuff... Our biggest concern is that these abnormalities inside are dangerous. My situation in 2007 started exactly this way, so we have been doing our best to keep our eye close on the problem.  Both my Gyno and Oncologist recommend a complete hysterectomy to fix these problems once and for all, but that's out of my price range for now so that will be something to take care of another day.  I try not to stress about it and continue to do what I can with my limited funds.  

As you can imagine, I have lots of continuing and on-going medical expenses (appointments with my Doc and specialists, tests, lab work, prescriptions and hopefully that surgery someday) and it's been way difficult financially to do everything suggested to me to stay healthy.  I am part of an unusual bracket of people: I don't really earn enough $ to afford independent health insurance and the few companies I could afford wouldn't cover me because of my ongoing and pre-existing health conditions.  On the other hand, I make a bit too much $ to qualify for the state provided health insurance.  It's so frustrating to need help and not be able to get it!  So I am accepting donations and doing what I can to continue my medical treatments... If there is anything you can do to help me out, I VERY much appreciate it!:

Donations - I've always been very self-sufficient and I've hardly ever had to ask for financial help.  However, with all of this going on, I'm completely overwhelmed.  So I will include this option in my plan to get healthy again.  I really appreciate your donations! :-)

Custom Videos and Photos - If you've ever been interested in ordering a custom movie or photoset, now would be an awesome time to do so!  I'll shoot a special scene, just for you.  I'll wear what you want, say what you want, do what you want (within reason, of course!).  This movie or photo gallery will be made specifically for YOU, nobody else will ever see it (unless you show it to them).  **NOTE: I expect I will have good days and bad days, like I did in 2007.  I would confirm the custom pics/video with the interested party, and I would give them a date I knew for sure I could deliver, generally 2 or 3 weeks later.  That way I have a little time to play with, so I can do it on a good day and deliver you exactly what you want!

Private Shoots - If you live in AZ or are planning to be in the area, and would like to schedule a private shoot with me, now would be a great time to do so!  You get to shoot with me, in the flesh, privately.  You shoot the pics, you direct me and I'll show off and perform for you.  **NOTE: I used to travel and do private shoots, but I will have to limit this just to my local Southwest U.S. area (for now) because I can't confirm I'll be well enough to travel and shoot for many days at a time.

Private Webcam Shows - I've had a bunch of requests for these in the past, and now that I've got an awesome video camera I can do this!  I'll chat with you private, just you and I.  I'll turn on my cam so you can see me, and I'll show off... Just for you!  **NOTE: Because of my health, I can't really schedule these every day of the week.  So I will do my best to announce a day or two every few weeks where I will be available for a private cam show, and perhaps we could schedule something together from there.
